Despite significant logistical challenges brought about by the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, IAGS was able to deliver clothing donations to the Manthan School for Girls with Disabilities. We would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to the efforts of our members in answering the call for these well deserving students in need.

While we were able to help fulfill one need for Manthan, they do a lot more than provide clothing for their students. Manthan has been operating since 1991, providing education and shelter to underprivileged girls of socially and economically weaker sections of society. These divyang girls (about 98%), represent different caste, ethnicity, religions and economic status, Their disabilities include Polio, blindness, muteness (hearing/speaking loss), limited intellectual or emotional developments and even financial challenges.
